CAREER OPTIONS AND ROLES
SBI offers a wide range of career opportunities and advancements that increase with experience and results.
Your professional path is based on an apprenticeship model that fosters and develops your career progression at each stage. With our training and coaching, your path at SBI starts to unfold. With each new success, you position yourself for advancement.
As SBI’s Content Manager, you will own and operate the content function at SBI from end to end, meaning you will be responsible for strategy as well as execution. The content you produce must drive revenue and grow brand awareness.
The Principal Engineer will help us build the first generation of our data platform. As the Principal Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with a team of designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build the core digital capabilities for the whole of SBI.
Consultants are the heart and soul of our organization. At SBI, you will be our frontline in developing powerful insights as well as driving results for our clients. We invest heavily in these roles. That investment pays off – and not only for SBI. A large number of our Consultants become business leaders inside our firm and across industries.
Senior Consultant and Executive Consultant
As a Senior Consultant or Executive Consultant, you are immersed in all aspects of our end-to-end process. You’ll develop the comprehensive plan to solve the client’s problems, execute the analysis, translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations, and move the client to action. Everything you do is geared toward achieving bottom-line results for our clients.
Engagement Managers act as both coaches internally and subject matter experts to clients. Engagement Managers support and coach consultants to produce client intimacy and results within client engagements. The Engagement Manager role is a key leadership position that is filled by top-performing Executive Consultants that consistently demonstrate leadership excellence.
Directors are responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of our most complex client projects. Directors make important contributions to client engagements by leading teams through quality analysis, design, and implementation, including deliverable creation. You will establish yourself as a revenue growth and program management expert, providing insights that will result in transformational growth opportunities for clients.
Managing Directors are leaders both for the case team and the client. They advise the client on issues — even those outside the scope of current SBI work — and maintain client relationships over an extended period. Managing Directors have a seat and a voice at the leadership table. They also play a pivotal role in the firm, fulfilling various leadership roles, increasing their practice area expertise, and supporting the career development of junior employees.
Executive Leadership Team
Being an ELT member at SBI is about trust and judgment. Your nomination is a formal acknowledgement of your personal merit. It also is an investment in the future development of our business. As an SBI ELT member, you’ll have considerable responsibilities. The Executive Leadership Team members are acknowledged experts in at least one capability and one industry. You’re likely to be invited to speak at conferences and contacted by the press to share, discuss, and illustrate SBI’s experiences and insights.
“Great group to work for. Always striving to build capabilities and invest in their team. High growth creates great opportunities for the delivery team.” – Executive Consultant
