About Jeff

Prior to joining SBI, Jeff held leadership positions in sales operations, training & development, product management, and customer support. Most notably, Jeff held the role of Chief Business Development Officer for a medical device company and was responsible for leading the sales, marketing, OEM, and customer success functions. He was instrumental in driving culture change, spearheading a new corporate strategy, maintaining strategic focus & alignment, cascading best practice execution processes, improving sales force effectiveness, managing channel partners, and facilitating leadership development programs. His leadership efforts resulted in a transformational strategic pivot that decreased costs, optimized cash flow, and drove profitable revenue growth.


Jeff’s experience in designing, developing, and implementing sales training programs have not only greatly decreased time to productivity and helped companies hit their number, but have also won the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Excellence in Practice Award for Learning Technologies.


Jeff brings his global experience in strategic planning, change management, leadership development, executive coaching, sales operations, product management, CRM administration, and design thinking to SBI in order to help organizations bridge the strategy-execution gap to maximize revenue growth.
