He leads a team of automotive software and digital marketing specialists that are delighting 6500+ car dealerships and almost every auto OEM, everyday.

 

Rob Alston | Board Member | Access Information Management

 

For over 10 years, Rob was the Chief Executive Officer at Access and has 20 years of experience in the records and information management industry. In addition to his executive management responsibilities, Rob focused his energies on sustaining and shaping Access’ culture as well as driving its growth strategy, including acquisitions. Previously, Rob served as EVP of Corporate Development overseeing all acquisition and integration related activities, and then as President of Operations and Business Development before taking on the role of CEO in 2010.

 

Alex Shootman | President & CEO | Workfront

 

As President and CEO of Workfront, Alex drives the overall strategy, vision, and execution of the company, ensuring that Workfront is a dedicated partner in helping its customers transform the work experience. Shootman brings more than 25 years of experience in all areas of revenue and profit generation for technology organizations, with significant experience leading SaaS-based companies. Prior to joining Workfront, Alex was President of Apptio, where he was responsible for the company’s integrated sales and services functions globally.

 

Chris Michalak | CEO | Virgin Pulse

 

Chris Michalak brings more than two decades of healthcare, technology, and HR industry leadership experience to his role at Virgin Pulse. A purpose-driven healthcare technology and services leader, Chris’ expertise spans strategy, corporate development, operations, and talent development. He has deep knowledge of the rapidly evolving healthcare market and has successfully led software-enabled services businesses. As Virgin Pulse’s Chief Executive Officer, Chris is responsible for leading the company’s global growth strategy and helping clients unlock the full value of their healthcare investments to drive better health outcomes.

 

Jeff Kiesel | CEO | Restaurant Technologies, Inc.

 

With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, Jeff Kiesel is both the head and heart of Restaurant Technologies. He led the company to expand into a national service provider, established a new products team that has successfully launched a series of value-added services, and continues to lead the evolution of an innovative and highly engaged team of over 900. Jeff joined in 2005 as CEO and stands by the set of values we call the 5 C’s: customer, character, commitment, courage and community. These values ensure that we put our customers and our community first—never being afraid to reach out to help, lead by example and put our best foot forward.

 

John Castleman | CEO | Mobiquity

 

Castleman joins Mobiquity with over 20 years of experience in the software development and software services industries. Most recently he served as President and CEO of Alliance Global Services Inc., a leading provider of product development services to enterprise clients with operations in the United States and India. Alliance Global Services was acquired by EPAM Systems, Inc. in November 2015.

 

Kermit Randa | CEO | Syntellis Performance Solutions

 

Kermit has more than 30 years’ experience in software technology, including expertise in healthcare, education, and finance. His areas of expertise include enterprise software insights and adoption, business transformation and innovation, strategic partnership cultivation and management, and risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation. In 2020, Kermit led Syntellis’ launch as a standalone company from Kaufman Hall, where he served as CEO of Kaufman Hall Software. Prior to that, he served in various executive and Board roles including Chief Executive Officer for PeopleAdmin and Chief Growth Officer at Waystar.

 

Steve Smith | CEO | Zayo

 

Steve M. Smith is Chief Executive Officer at Zayo, the leading independent provider of communications infrastructure. Steve has over 30 years of expertise as a global leader in the technology sector and a deep background in managing market leading technology businesses. Most recently, Steve was a Managing Director at GI Partners, a leading private investment firm. From 2007 – 2018, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Equinix, the largest data center company globally. Steve currently serves on the Board of Directors of Zayo, Flexential, a GI Partners portfolio company, and NextDC, a publicly traded data center company in Australia.

 

Brian Day | CEO | Fuze

 

As CEO, Brian is responsible for the operational leadership of Fuze. Brian has a 25 year track record as a successful financial leader and operator at high-growth companies, most recently at Apperian where he served first as CFO, and then President and CEO through its sale in 2016. Prior to Apperian, Brian held financial and operational leadership roles at Goal.com, Gomez, Inc., and Octave Communications. He began his career with Fleet Financial Group as a Vice President in the Bank’s structured finance group.

 

Mike Dickerson | CEO | ClickDimensions

 

Mike is an experienced global executive with entrepreneurial passion for developing new businesses and building the teams to bring them to life. He turned an idea on a bar napkin into a $250 million division providing mission-critical communications technology to the Global 1000. Funded and founded three startups. Was part of the executive team to take PGI private in a $1.1 billion transaction with Siris Capital. Currently leading an industry-leading Marketing Technology firm owned by private equity firm Accel-KKR.

 

Marc Osofsky | CEO | Jama Software

 

As CEO, Marc is passionate about client success with our products and nurturing a growth mindset among the entire team. Marc has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams to deliver outsized results for clients, employees and investors. He understands the key challenges that exist for companies building complex products and undergoing digital transformation. Most recently, he was CEO at Aberdeen and a COO for Lionbridge Technologies driving organic growth from $70 million to $140 million in four years and a successful go private transaction. Marc began his career at McKinsey and is a graduate of MIT Sloan and Brown University.

 

Dan Streetman | CEO | TIBCO Software

 

Dan Streetman is the Chief Executive Officer of TIBCO. Dan is an expert at leveraging real-time data to enable faster, smarter decisions. Prior to leading TIBCO, Dan helped propel significant data-driven transformations, most recently at BMC, Salesforce, and C3.ai. He is a strong advocate for creating cultures of collaboration, and he honed his leadership skills as a U.S. Army officer, serving in combat operations and receiving decorations including the Bronze Star. He actively advocates for veterans and serves on several non-profit boards supporting education and employment. Dan is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and earned an MBA at Harvard Business School.

Steve Blum | SVP Worldwide Field Operations | Autodesk

 

Since joining Autodesk in 2003, Steve has led the field organization through the company’s business model transition, introduced Named Account programs worldwide, implemented a new partner channel framework, and established the company’s first Customer Success organization. In Steve’s 30-year technology career he has held leadership positions with Parago, Inc, Mentor Graphics, Advanced Micro Devices and NCR Corporation.

 

Chad Whalen | EVP, Worldwide Sales | F5 Networks

 

Chad Whalen is Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at F5. Responsible for F5’s global sales strategy, Chad brings over 20 years of experience leading global teams across Europe, Asia, North and South America in network infrastructure, security, and Software as a Service. He joined F5 in 2017, to lead the Cloud Sales team. Prior to F5, Chad ran strategic alliances at Fortinet, worldwide sales & services at Jasper, Americas sales and field operations at Ciena and global sales & marketing at World Wide Packets (WWP). Chad holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Washington University.

 

Scott Genereux | CRO | Rockwell Automation

 

Scott Genereux is senior vice president and Chief Revenue Officer at Rockwell Automation. In this position, Scott leads our global go-to-market strategies, including our Sales & Marketing, Enterprise Accounts and Software teams globally. The role of Chief Revenue Officer is designed to help accelerate profitable top-line growth through software, inorganic growth and new revenue streams. Scott’s leadership and deep domain expertise is instrumental in our ability to bring the Connected Enterprise to life, with a focus on and being the best in the world at adding value for customers right at that convergence of information technology and operational technology, or plant floor knowledge.

 

Debra Walton | CRO, Data & Analytics | London Stock Exchange Group

 

Debra is a dynamic leader who uses her unique background at the firm to lead all sales, relationship management, strategic partnerships, and market development activities for Refinitiv. Her prior senior executive positions across product development, content development, and marketing give her a holistic insight of the needs of the world’s largest financial institutions. Her global team spans 65 countries, solving their most pressing problems through Refinitiv’s world class data analytics and workflow solutions.

 

Brandt Mc Kee | President, Americas & Asia | Culligan International

 

Brandt joined Culligan in January 2018, where he leads a ~$550M multi-BU P&L, as well as M&A, Supply Chain, and the Culligan Business System globally. During the last year, the company acquired 11 businesses with two major platforms in North America. Prior to joining Culligan, Brandt founded and led the Centerbridge Partners Operating Group for ten years. Previously Brandt was a member of TPG Capital LP’s Operating Group for three years. Between 2001 and 2005, he worked at AlixPartners, LLC, where he focused on middle-market turnarounds and large company performance improvement. Earlier in his career, Brandt established and subsequently led Operations for Snapfish.com, an online photo retailer.

 

Greg Randolph | CRO | Quest Software

 

Greg serves as Quest’s CRO and joined the company in May 2020 to lead our worldwide sales function. An expert in cultivating high-performing sales organizations, Greg’s ultimate objective is to help his team win by being heavily active in the field and taking every opportunity to meet customers and partners. Jeff Lautenbach | President Global Field Operations | Cornerstone OnDemand

 

Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in building and transforming cloud and SaaS businesses to scale and leading direct and indirect teams. Most recently, Jeff served as president of worldwide field operations at Jive Software, where he led the company’s sales, business development and indirect channels around the globe. His extensive background also includes running enterprise commercial sales for North America at Salesforce.com, serving as Chief Revenue Officer for hc1.com, as well as leading the global CRM business for SAP.

 

Stephen Mohan | EVP Business Solutions | Office Depot

 

Mohan is responsible for accelerating growth of B2B sales across all customer segments and vertical markets. Additionally, he provides day-to-day leadership and management to the contract sales function and helps develop and implement short- and long-term initiatives that accelerate business results for BSD. Previously, he served as executive vice president and chief sales officer at Clean Harbors and senior vice president, field sales for Republic Services.

Heather Combs is Chief Commercial Officer for 3Pillar Global, a digital product development services organization building breakthrough software products that power digital businesses. She oversees marketing, business development and operations for the over 900-person multinational company, creating the revenue acceleration strategies that drive 3Pillar’s continued double digit growth. Before joining 3Pillar, Heather was the Chief Business Development Officer at the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), where she was responsible for overall revenue strategy and led the product management, strategic partnerships, and sales organizations.

 

Frank Maylett | CRO | Instructure

 

As chief revenue officer, Frank is responsible for building a strong, unified sales and marketing culture, overseeing sales and marketing budget development, streamlining marketing programs, and maximizing potential sales volume across regions at Instructure.

 

Frank brings to this role more than 20 years of experience in leading, selling, and expanding software service organizations. Prior to Instructure, he was the CEO of RizePoint and, prior to that, the executive vice president for global sales, services, and alliances at Workfront. Frank was named CEO of the Year by Utah Business magazine in 2017 and CEO of the Year by the Utah Technology Council in 2016. He also won a Stevie for Executive of the Year in the 2017 American Business Awards.

 

Jennifer Mellet | CRO | ABC Fitness Solutions

 

Jennifer is a career sales leader with over 20 years of experience. Her career has spanned 3 different industries; telecommunications, travel and most recently senior housing at A Place for Mom. While at A Place for Mom, Jennifer was an instrumental member of the leadership team who drove nearly 4 times revenue growth resulting in a successful private equity transaction from Warburg Pincus to General Atlantic and Silverlake. She brings her experience in running both inside and outside sales, account management and operations, while consistently driving high growth and transformation. Jennifer is a driven and thoughtful leader who is not only passionate about driving results focused teams, but passionate about fitness.

 

Chris Jones | CRO | BetterCloud

 

Chris brings more than 20 years of experience leading sales at high-growth software companies. He joins BetterCloud from BeyondTrust, a leading privileged access management company, where he served as CRO and played a key role in the successful integration of three acquisitions. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of global sales at PROS, the leading AI SaaS company whose solutions optimize selling in the digital economy, and played a key role in tripling revenues during his tenure.

 

Carl Cross | EVP of Sales | Workfront

 

As Executive Vice President of Sales for Workfront, Carl is responsible for worldwide account management and revenue growth.

 

Carl has over 20 years of global sales leadership experience, growing great teams, and building and executing long-term business strategies that lead to company growth and customer satisfaction. Prior to Workfront, Carl was the senior vice president of worldwide sales at AppSense and has held leadership and executive management roles at HP Enterprise Security, BMC Software, SAP, and PeopleSoft.

 

Todd Skiles | SVP Sales & Solutions | Ryder

 

Todd is a buyer-focused sales leader with a proven track record of success. An execution-based approach to sales has provided consistent results to clients.  Todd is focused on matching Ryder solutions with real and urgent needs of our customers. As the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Todd is responsible for overseeing the sales and solutions teams for all of Ryder’s SCS verticals and functions.

 

Ed McQuiston | EVP and Chief Commercial Officer | Hyland

 

Ed joined Hyland in 2001 as the Director of Healthcare Solutions, founding Hyland’s first vertical practice. In 2012, Ed was promoted to the role of Vice President of Global Sales. In 2016, Ed was named Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing with responsibility for aligning those areas in support of Hyland’s global expansion. In 2017, Ed became Hyland’s Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer. His tenure at Hyland and extensive knowledge of the Hyland platform helps support and expand Hyland’s strategic initiatives.

 

Michele Shepard | CRO Board Member & Director

 

Michele is an outcomes‐driven senior executive with a proven track record leading organizational transformation. Passionate about innovative solutions, building high‐performance teams, and creating company, client, and shareholder value. Responsible for all facets of revenue generation and strategy overseeing our growing sales, marketing, and customer success functions that will drive continued expansion and deliver customer value.

 

JD Miller | CRO | Motus

 

JD is responsible for all revenue and business development functions at Motus. He leads the sales, marketing and enterprise account management functions to achieve the company’s growth goals and ensure Motus customers are set up for success.

 

Jarrod Johnson | CCO | TaskUs

 

As Chief Customer Officer, Jarrod is responsible for TaskUs go-to-market strategy and execution across all our client-facing functions. Jarrod leads the “Client Organization” at TaskUs, including global marketing, sales, client services (account management), and the consulting organization.

 

Claudia Thurner | CRO | AxiomSL

 

Claudia Thurner previously served as general manager for AxiomSL in EMEA starting in 2019. Prior to AxiomSL, Claudia led European and Latin American Sales and Global Strategic Accounts at SmartStream Technologies. Previously, Claudia was at Thomson Reuters based in Europe, Asia and the U.S. in various financial data and risk management roles. An experienced financial technology leader, Claudia brings extensive expertise in client relationship management and solution and service delivery. Claudia holds an Executive M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and London Business School.

 

Ed Calnan | Founder & CRO | Seismic

 

Ed is the co-founder and CRO of Seismic, where he leads the company’s go-to-market efforts. Ed brings 20+ years of sales leadership experience from ADP, Thomson Financial, S&P and EMC to Seismic. In 2016, he was named a Top Boston Startup Founders Over 40 by Tech.co.

 

Eric Cross | CRO | Appian Corporation

 

Eric has 20+ years experience leading and scaling high growth go to market organizations. He brings a diverse background with organizations sub $25M to $1.5B in direct and indirect revenue models spanning a diverse set of established and emerging technology categories. Recently, he was a member of the senior leadership team leading Apigee from mid stage start up through successful IPO and eventual acquisition by Google. Prior, he served in various senior leadership roles with Blue Coat Systems, Citrix Systems, and PeopleSoft amongst others. Eric is a graduate of the University of Georgia.

 

Bill Quinn | COO, Global Sales Strategy & Operations, Head of N.A. Financial Services Sales | Broadridge

 

Bill is a seasoned financial services sales executive responsible for Global Sales Strategy & Operations. Bill maintains COO responsibilities for Broadridge’s global GTM organization, owns the number for growing revenue across the full portfolio of Broadridge products/services, and manages all aspects of the N.A. sales team. Bill quickly moved up the ranks of ADP and Fidelity.

 

Scott Peterson | SVP, Americas | Mitel

 

Scott leads Mitel’s go-to-market strategy and execution for North and South America, including sales and sales engineering, along with Mitel’s reseller, service provider, distribution and master agent channels. Scott has led successful teams across more than 25 countries and a variety of vertical practices. Prior to Mitel and consulting work, Scott held multiple executive positions at Verizon in a 15-year span.
