Jeff Ray | CEO | Brightcove
Jeff Ray brings a decades-long track record of technology leadership and accomplishments as a CEO and senior executive. He has excelled in executive leadership roles at multiple enterprise technology companies of scale, including Ellucian, Ventyx (acquired by ABB), DS SolidWorks, Progress Software, Compuware, and IBM. Jeff has demonstrated an ability to enhance go-to-market strategies, scale enterprises, and expand business opportunities at global technology companies. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Dennis is President and CEO of TransForce Group. Previously, as President, Fleet Management Solutions (FMS), a multi-billion-dollar division of Ryder System, Inc., he transformed a no-growth business into a growth-oriented, innovative, and agile organization. He revitalized FMS by establishing a collaborative culture with an incentive structure tied to cross-functional team performance, creating an agile and innovative product development organization, reorganizing the sales organization and training process, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Dennis has experience as a leader across three industries (Healthcare, Security, Transportation and Logistics).
John Castleman | CEO | Mobiquity
Castleman joins Mobiquity with over 20 years of experience in the software development and software services industries. Most recently he served as President and CEO of Alliance Global Services Inc., a leading provider of product development services to enterprise clients with operations in the United States and India. Alliance Global Services was acquired by EPAM Systems, Inc. in November 2015.
Bill Premier | President & CEO | Hyland
Bill joined Hyland in 1997 as vice president of marketing. He became vice president of sales and marketing in 2001, chief operating officer in 2005, and CEO in January 2013. Prior to joining Hyland, Bill worked at FedEx Corporation and at AST Research, a personal computer manufacturer. Bill received a master’s degree in marketing from Northwestern University and undergraduate degrees from Boston College. He was born and raised in Northeast Ohio. While he has lived elsewhere and travels extensively, he is happy and proud to call the Cleveland area home.
Sue Marks | Founder and CEO | Cielo
Sue Marks is the CEO of Cielo, the world’s leading pure-play provider of technology-enabled Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions. Sue’s visionary thinking, creative problem solving and ability to motivate and inspire people are the foundation of Cielo’s corporate culture and client relationships. She is widely recognized as one of the key founders of, and a pioneer in, the RPO industry. Since its inception, she has been an annual member of the HRO Today HR Outsourcing Superstar listing, and was recognized as Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in the service business category. She is the winner of the Marquette University College of Business Administration’s Alumni Award for Entrepreneurship and a three-time winner of both the Working Woman 500 designation and the Future 50 of Wisconsin. Sue earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from Marquette University and is an annual participant in YPOWPO’s prestigious executive education program at Harvard Business School.
Sudhakar Ramakrishna | CEO | PulseSecure
Sudhakar Ramakrishna is CEO of Pulse Secure where he oversees all aspects of business strategy and execution. With nearly 25 years of experience across the cloud, mobility, networking, security and collaboration markets, Sudhakar joined Pulse Secure from Citrix. At Citrix, Sudhakar served as the senior vice president and general manager for the Enterprise and Service Provider Division, where he had profit and loss responsibility for approximately a $2.5 billion portfolio of virtualization, cloud networking, mobile platforms and cloud services solutions. Before Citrix, he was at Polycom and was president of products and services. Sudhakar has also held senior leadership roles at Motorola, 3COM and US Robotics and brings significant experience in strategic planning and execution, organization development, and incubating and scaling new businesses to Pulse Secure. Sudhakar earned his master’s degree in Computer Science from Kansas State, and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Sudhakar is a member of the board of directors at Health iPass. He has significant experience as a board member and advisor of Public and Private companies.
Dan Streetman | CEO | TIBCO Software
Dan Streetman is the Chief Executive Officer of TIBCO. Dan is an expert at leveraging real-time data to enable faster, smarter decisions. Prior to leading TIBCO, Dan helped propel significant data-driven transformations, most recently at BMC, Salesforce, and C3.ai. He is a strong advocate for creating cultures of collaboration, and he honed his leadership skills as a U.S. Army officer, serving in combat operations and receiving decorations including the Bronze Star. He actively advocates for veterans and serves on several non-profit boards supporting education and employment. Dan is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and earned an MBA at Harvard Business School.

Standing at Instructure’s helm is CEO, Steve Daly, who has more than 25 years of experience in technology. Steve has spent his career building businesses organically and through more than 20 acquisitions. He was the CEO at LANDESK/Ivanti for 13 years prior to coming to Instructure. Prior to that, he was SVP of Corporate Strategy at Avocent, which had acquired his startup, Soronti. He started his tech career with a 10 year stint at Intel.
Kevin Boyce | CEO | Higher Logic
Kevin has more than 20 years of experience as a technology executive working to drive success for public and private sector customers around the globe. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Ellucian where he led the global services, customer success, cloud, and enterprise project management teams, as well as Ellucian’s global partnerships and corporate development activities. In 2010 and 2016, the Northern Virginia Technology Council of Greater Washington DC named Kevin the Private Company Chief Financial Officer of the Year, and in 2015 he was named a Trending 40: Top Tech Chief Financial Officer by Bisnow. He holds a degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Manuel Guzman received a BS and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University. Before being named President of CAS, he was the Executive Vice President of Learning, Research Solutions & International for Cengage Learning, responsible for a $2B product development operation including strategy, content, development and product/platform technology along with leading the company’s international operations. He has held various executive positions within the information industry including President of Thomson Learning, Career & Professional Group.
Mike Lipps | CEO | Intelerad
With over 20 years of software industry experience at companies such as Intuit and LexisNexis, Lipps has a proven track record of driving transformative growth. Previously, as CEO of global enterprise software provider insightsoftware, Lipps led the company through 14 acquisitions and over 400% growth in two years. Lipps, based in Raleigh, NC, will lead the opening of a new US office for Intelerad, focused on expanding market penetration and coverage in the region.

Since joining Autodesk in 2003, Steve has led the field organization through the company’s business model transition, introduced Named Account programs worldwide, implemented a new partner channel framework, and established the company’s first Customer Success organization. In Steve’s 30-year technology career he has held leadership positions with Parago, Inc, Mentor Graphics, Advanced Micro Devices and NCR Corporation.
Chris Perry | President and CRO | Broadridge
Chris was appointed President of Broadridge in March 2020. Chris leads Broadridge’s top clients and partners, overseeing Broadridge International, and coordinating Broadridge’s overall growth strategy. He joined Broadridge in 2014 after more than 25 years in banking, brokerage and financial information services. Most recently, he was Global Managing Director of Risk for the Financial & Risk division of Thomson Reuters. Over the previous 14 years, Chris held numerous roles at Thomson Reuters and its predecessor, Thomson Financial. Chris currently serves on the Board of the Financial Services Institute.
Stephen Mohan | EVP Business Solutions | Office Depot
Mohan is responsible for accelerating growth of B2B sales across all customer segments and vertical markets. Additionally, he provides day-to-day leadership and management to the contract sales function and helps develop and implement short- and long-term initiatives that accelerate business results for BSD. Previously, he served as executive vice president and chief sales officer at Clean Harbors and senior vice president, field sales for Republic Services.

Rob Hornish | SVP America’s | McAfee
Rob has built a strong brand for leading America’s sales, customer success and services teams of over 350 people. Rob has a proven track record of building and developing top performing teams. In his career, Rob served at Cisco Systems for 12 years in various management roles. His primary focus there was driving Cisco’s routing business revenues with SBC and AT&T. Rob also served in sales development, inside sales, and account executive roles at Cabletron Systems.
Jeff Lautenbach | President Global Field Operations | Cornerstone OnDemand
Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in building and transforming cloud and SaaS businesses to scale and leading direct and indirect teams. Most recently, Jeff served as president of worldwide field operations at Jive Software, where he led the company’s sales, business development and indirect channels around the globe. His extensive background also includes running enterprise commercial sales for North America at Salesforce.com, serving as Chief Revenue Officer for hc1.com, as well as leading the global CRM business for SAP.
Scott Genereux | CRO & EVP Worldwide Field Operations | Veritas Technologies
Genereux is a cloud pioneer with more than 20 years of global experience leading sales across a wide array of industry-leading technology companies. He joined Veritas from Oracle, where he was senior vice president of the company’s Cloud Converged Infrastructure Group and played a key role in helping customers increase productivity and decrease costs across hybrid cloud environments. In that role, Genereux was responsible for customer facing sales, business development, systems engineering, channels and operations.

Frank brings to this role more than 20 years of experience in leading, selling, and expanding software service organizations. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of global sales at PROS, the leading AI SaaS company whose solutions optimize selling in the digital economy, and played a key role in tripling revenues during his tenure.

In 2017, Ed became Hyland’s Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer. Dorean has a proven track record in information services, having spent the past 12 years at Neustar leading sales across a variety of business units including marketing analytics, risk, and security. Prior to Neustar, he spent six years in the technology consulting and software space.

Bill maintains COO responsibilities for Broadridge’s global GTM organization, owns the number for growing revenue across the full portfolio of Broadridge products/services, and manages all aspects of the N.A. sales team. Bill quickly moved up the ranks of ADP and Fidelity.
Scott Peterson | SVP, Americas | Mitel
Scott leads Mitel’s go-to-market strategy and execution for North and South America, including sales and sales engineering, along with Mitel’s reseller, service provider, distribution and master agent channels. Scott has led successful teams across more than 25 countries and a variety of vertical practices. Prior to Mitel and consulting work, Scott held multiple executive positions at Verizon in a 15-year span.
