Throughout the past 14 years, we have been able to do this in three different dimensions. Sometimes we accomplish this in the micro, where one or two companies are facing challenges. Other times we experience it in the market, like the movement from on-prem to cloud. And then there are times in the macro, like now during a pandemic.


In these unprecedented times, we have been learning to deal with this, and our hearts go out to everyone grounded with travel and uncertainty. We, not unlike you, are working through this daily, and there are 3 critical things that we are going to be doing for you, our loyal community, followers, and supporters that we hope will be consistent with our brand purpose in helping you reach your full potential:


Leveraging Community
We have created a LinkedIn community for executives to connect with each other to share best practices through this crisis.


Creating Agile Content
As things have been changing daily, we will be pivoting this communication in the context of revenue growth and what market leaders are doing commercially. We want to ensure you are up to date in real time.


Commitment to Action
We have created a Revenue Growth Help Desk that is monitored 24/7 for you to share ideas, as well as ask questions one-to-one with an SBI expert.


Secondly, we will be hosting Revenue Help Desk webinars each Friday where we will bring together a compilation of the week’s best ideas around how others are coping and working through this situation.


Lastly, we will be connecting and working with leaders at the role level. We will have community groups for CEOs, leaders in sales, marketing, customer success, sales ops, and private equity. Because during times like this, peer-to-peer connection can be some of the most significant things we can do. At SBI, we are fortunate to sit at the nexus of so much connectivity between so many great people.
