Estrella most recently served as SBI’s Senior Vice President of Client Experience and Delivery Services. Horstmann’s prior role was Senior Vice President/Managing Principal leading SBI’s Private Equity practice.

Prior to joining SBI, Estrella held leadership roles at Unilever, Guidance Software, and Telogis.
Clients for whom Estrella led engagements include, but are not limited to, McAfee, HERE Technologies, Extreme Networks, Magento, and BMC Software.

Horstmann brings 25 years of experience in senior sales, operations, and executive leadership positions. He specializes in helping clients solve demanding revenue growth challenges through aligning functional strategies. Prior to joining SBI, Horstmann held sales leadership roles at CA, Novell, Cision, and Metalogix.
Clients for whom Horstmann led engagements include, but are not limited to, Broadridge, Motorola, Lionbridge, Micro Focus, and Syniverse.
