Sales Performance Management Visually Speaking

I was reaading Fast Company and got inspired from an infographic I saw. Why can’t Sales Reports also be on the visual cutting edge?
So, I put together the following in about 40 minutes using Powerpoint (after getting the data from, of course, Excel.)
