Sales Benchmark Index (SBI), a management consultancy specializing in revenue growth, today announced that Michael Hoffman has joined the firm as Managing Director – Private Equity.


Mike has over 20 years of experience in executive, private equity, and board-level roles in technology, services, and industrial verticals. His experience sitting on both sides of the board table in private equity gives him a unique perspective on what it takes to grow an organization.

Prior to joining SBI, Mike was an Operating Partner at Marlin Equity and headed the sales and marketing operating function at Francisco Partners.  Mike has held several board and executive chairman roles. As an operator, Mike held multiple executive roles, including Global Vice President Sales and Field Operations at NICE Systems, EVP at Mxi, and VP of Europe and Asia Sales Operations at PTC (Parametric Technology Corporation).
