The phone is face down on the table!
Here Managing Principal Josh Horstmann and Senior Consultant Scott McLeod talk shop at the end of the day with clients. Sometimes it’s the little things that allow us to gauge how engaged clients are. We’ve all been in meetings where our customers or clients stare at their mobile devices the whole time.
