During the hiring step, SBI helps your company create better hiring processes for hiring the top talent required to execute your corporate, product, marketing and sales strategies.
You need to hire a team of top performers. The typical hiring process is antiquated and delivers little value. Hiring managers need to test candidates in ways that mimic the daily experiences of the job. Without that, hiring decisions are made on gut feelings, which may or may not work out once the candidate comes on board.
