During the profiles step, SBI helps your company develop the profile for an “A” player in each key revenue growth role.
You need to define the profile for a top performer. In an organization, rarely do functions or functional leaders agree on the definition of an “A” player. Therefore HR tries to satisfy each open position with the unique needs of the hiring manager. This process is not sustainable or scalable and leads to larger variations in performance.
